The duties include producing and serving menu cycle programs that comply with nutritional and dietary criteria as set by local regulations and internal policies. Additionally, you will monitor food service quality, including temperature, quantity, and appearance, making necessary adjustments to enhance the meal experience. This role requires knowledge of cooking preparation and production techniques and involves assisting with food production and washing duties to ensure a smooth kitchen operation.
