The role offered is for cooks specializing in full scratch kitchen operations, working from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. - Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols and PPE requirements as mandated by Oakmont Management Group
