The current opportunity is for a Cook position at one of OTO Development's properties. This role is designed for a culinary professional who enjoys preparing high-quality food for various service settings including restaurants, banquets, and special functions. As a Cook with OTO Development, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing and presenting food items while accommodating special guest requests. The role demands a strong commitment to cleanliness, safety, and food quality, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a team environment. The Cook will also assist with inventory management such as rotating stock in walk-ins and freezers to minimize waste and spoilage, and may help with ordering supplies as needed. Maintaining sanitary food prep areas and adhering to all health and safety regulations is a critical component of the position. Physical stamina is essential as this is a demanding role requiring extended periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting. The role involves minimal travel, primarily remaining on-property or within the surrounding area. Pay ranges from $15.41 to $28.87 per hour, depending on the state, market conditions, and the candidate's experience.
