Acts Retirement-Life Communities is currently seeking qualified individuals to join their team as Receptionists. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to advance both professionally and personally in a supportive work environment. The successful candidate will serve as the front-line ambassador of the community, responsible for managing communications and guest interactions in a professional and welcoming manner. Core responsibilities include answering and transferring phone calls efficiently, greeting visitors with courtesy, directing guests appropriately, and managing appointment scheduling. Additionally, the Receptionist will oversee coordination of guest suite reservations, submit maintenance work orders, and handle outgoing mail activities including metering, sorting, and distribution. The role also entails a variety of clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, and maintaining accurate records.
