The role of Concierge / Receptionist at The Stratford stands as a vital position within the community, often serving as the first point of contact for prospects, guests, and family members.                 - Certification or completed course work in office management desired
 - telephone operating and answering experience required
 - 1-2 years' experience in a similar concierge/administrative assistant position desired
 - ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
 - ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards
 - ability to use miscellaneous software and office equipment
 - ability to understand and follow directions as given
 - ability to work with minimal supervision
