Currently, GardaWorld Security Services is hiring for the position of Concierge Security Officer at a site located in Escondido, California. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills as the officer will be interacting with visitors, staff, and residents in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The Concierge Security Officer serves as a vital front line professional ensuring not only the security but also the comfort and reassurance of all individuals on site. This position offers a set schedule of 48 hours per week, specifically Monday through Friday from 4:30 pm to 12:30 am, and Saturdays from 11:30 am to 9:30 pm, working either the second or first shifts. The role comes with a competitive hourly wage of $21, with DailyPay options available for employees, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. In addition to performing traditional security duties such as managing access control, conducting patrols, inspecting security equipment, and responding to incidents, the Concierge Security Officer is expected to excel in customer engagement by welcoming visitors, verifying identities, providing assistance, and inspiring confidence. The position requires writing detailed incident reports and coordinating with emergency teams as necessary to ensure safety and security.
