Currently, GardaWorld Security Services is hiring for the role of Concierge Security Officer located in Morgantown, WV. This position is designed for individuals with exceptional customer service skills who thrive in a people-oriented environment, such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The role is primarily focused on providing a high level of customer interaction, ensuring that all visitors and employees feel welcomed, safe, and well-guided. This is a scheduled role requiring availability on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am with a competitive wage of $15.25 per hour. As a Concierge Security Officer, candidates will embrace the unique opportunity to combine security responsibilities with concierge-style customer service. This involves welcoming visitors, verifying identity, managing access control, and patrolling the premises to maintain a secure environment. Officers will be responsible for monitoring security equipment, responding to incidents, administering first aid if necessary, and liaising with emergency response teams.
