GardaWorld Security is currently hiring for the position of Concierge Security Officer in Socorro, Texas. This role plays a critical part in customer-facing security operations, where building meaningful connections with clients and visitors is paramount. The Concierge Security Officer position demands a high level of customer service skills, combined with strong security awareness and vigilance. Officers will work set shifts either from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm or 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Monday through Friday, offering a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $15, with access to DailyPay for GardaWorld employees.
The Concierge Security Officer will be stationed in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, requiring not just protective vigilance but also an approachable demeanor that reassures and inspires confidence in those they interact with. Key responsibilities include welcoming and verifying the identity of visitors, guiding guests, managing access control, conducting regular patrols, inspecting security equipment, responding to incidents, providing first aid, and collaborating with emergency teams. Officers must also write thorough incident reports and communicate any security concerns effectively.

To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Texas guard card, be authorized to work in the U.S., and be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and drug screening.
