Acts Retirement-Life Communities is currently seeking a qualified Receptionist to join their team. This receptionist position plays a vital role as the initial point of contact for residents, visitors, and colleagues within the community. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, greeting and directing visitors with professionalism, scheduling appointments, and coordinating guest suite reservations to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the receptionist will be responsible for submitting maintenance work orders, metering outgoing mail, sorting and distributing mail, and performing various clerical functions such as typing, filing, copying, and record keeping.

 - 2-4 years of equivalent experience
 - ability to manage phone systems and greeting visitors professionally
 - knowledge of clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, and record keeping
 - good interpersonal skills
 - basic computer proficiency
