The position is PRN (pro re nata), meaning days and times may vary, offering flexibility but requiring adaptability and reliability. Concierges must maintain the community's values by exhibiting courteous and professional behavior, managing multi-line telephone systems, handling guests courteously, and ensuring the front desk and lobby area remain organized and welcoming. The role demands effective communication with various levels of management and visitors, handling administrative tasks such as typing correspondences and sorting mail, and assisting visitors by providing accurate information about the community and its services.   • High school education or equivalent
