This temporary position offers weekday and weekend shifts — Wednesday to Friday from 3 pm to 11 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm — with a competitive wage of $19.00 per hour. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and vendors, playing a crucial role in ensuring the property remains a welcoming haven. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. In this position, the Concierge will be responsible for greeting individuals as they enter the building, providing directions, and facilitating access control to maintain property security. Beyond standard reception duties, the Concierge builds personalized relationships with tenants by understanding their preferences and lifestyle needs, thereby delivering tailored services such as arranging reservations, scheduling appointments, and assisting with access to local entertainment and amenities.
