The position is focused on providing assistance and support to residents, guests, and vendors, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth. The individual will be responsible for greeting residents and visitors, providing general assistance, and maintaining an attentive presence to ensure safety within the community.
The job involves a range of responsibilities including answering telephone calls, monitoring surveillance and security systems to protect residents and property, processing various reports related to incidents and requests, and managing deliveries such as packages, plants, and prescriptions. This role also includes administrative support duties for other departments, maintaining logs for key issuance and gate passes, and promptly addressing and resolving concerns from residents, families, and employees.
Success in this role requires a positive and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates should be compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
