The Concierge - Driver at Hope Lodge plays a pivotal role as the frontline ambassador for guests staying at American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge facilities. Hope Lodge provides a home away from home for cancer patients and caregivers who must travel far from home to receive treatment. This position is essential in ensuring guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout their stay. The Concierge - Driver manages front desk operations, assists with guest check-in and check-out, provides detailed information about amenities and local services, and handles guest inquiries efficiently and with empathy. The role also involves coordinating and driving transportation for guests to and from medical appointments, maintaining transportation vehicles, and upholding safety and security protocols at the lodge. Operating Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the role offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.59 and is fully benefits-eligible, reflecting the American Cancer Society’s commitment to supporting its employees.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required only in lodges that have a transportation program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
