The Patient Concierge position at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach offers a role deeply embedded in the hospital’s mission to enhance patient experience and uphold its Culture of Caring, known as The Sinai Way. This on-site role requires a professional with hospitality or concierge experience who is passionate about patient relations and healthcare services. As a Patient Concierge, you will be a vital liaison between department leadership and patients, handling complaints and grievances effectively to ensure satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed reports and data analytics, managing communications with patients and donors, supporting international patients and cruise line coordinators with urgent medical services, and facilitating donor relations through personalized care. This position demands collaboration with clinical and non-clinical staff, participation in rounds with senior leadership, and engagement in special events to cultivate and maintain relationships with donors and VIP patients.
This role not only requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills but also a flexible schedule that may include weekends and evenings. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of two years’ experience in patient healthcare relations, human services, or public relations, complemented by hospitality experience.
