The Concierge role at Century Park Associates is a pivotal position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and reception duties primarily focused in the front lobby area. Reporting directly to the Business Office Manager, the Concierge acts as the community's welcoming face, ensuring every resident, family member, and visitor is greeted warmly and professionally. This role demands a high level of interpersonal skills, as it involves constant interaction with people, managing inquiries, and addressing concerns with courtesy and efficiency. The Concierge also undertakes a variety of administrative tasks, from typing and data entry to managing mail and resident directories, all crucial for the smooth operation of the community.
In addition to greeting and administrative responsibilities, the Concierge supports the sales and marketing efforts by managing incoming inquiries and liaising effectively with the sales team. The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office software and office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners.
