The Concierge role at Invited is an essential part of the Member Experience team, responsible for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable moments for club members before, during, and after their visits. This position involves managing communications such as phone calls, reservations, and emails, addressing inquiries promptly, and fostering meaningful connections that ensure members feel genuinely valued and appreciated. The Concierge acts as a vital liaison between the club and its members, promoting club events, supporting member communications, and helping with social media efforts to enhance the overall club culture and engagement. Working closely with the Member Experience Director, the Concierge provides a warm welcome and fond farewell to all members and guests, ensuring a positive and lasting impression from the moment of arrival to departure. Key responsibilities include managing reservations for dining and club programs, confirming bookings, and encouraging participation in events. The Concierge also supports initiatives aimed at member retention and engagement, such as making outreach calls to new and at-risk members, recognizing member milestones like birthdays and anniversaries, and maintaining accurate and detailed member profiles. This role demands a service-oriented mindset combined with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. The Concierge must be adept at multitasking within a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed member expectations. • Minimum of 1 year of hospitality industry or similar customer-facing experience
