This position involves serving as the primary point of contact for resident services, acting as a liaison between residents, their families, and various departments within the community. The individual in this role will coordinate daily services such as appointment scheduling, transportation, and special requests, ensuring all resident needs are met with a high standard of customer care. Responsibilities also include maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in common areas, managing transportation schedules, and potentially overseeing front desk operations and staff. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple scheduling demands. - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required
- Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs
- Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
- Able to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed
- Able to operate telephone, emergency call system, monitoring board or beeper, photocopier
