The individual in this position is responsible for managing phone calls, reservations, and emails with professionalism and efficiency. Acting as a liaison, the Concierge creates and sustains an atmosphere where members feel valued and appreciated before, during, and after their club visits. This role goes beyond basic administrative tasks to actively engage members through outreach efforts, promotion of club services, and participation in social media and communication initiatives. The Concierge contributes to various member experience projects that enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction.Through a commitment to detailed attention and personalized service, the Concierge embodies the core values of Invited, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression. The responsibilities include greeting members and guests with friendly warmth, providing clear information about club facilities and events, coordinating reservations, and assisting with follow-up communications.
