The role of Concierge at Century Park Associates is a vital frontline position primarily focused on providing excellent customer service and reception duties in the front lobby area. Reporting to the Business Office Manager, the Concierge is the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment. This role demands a mixture of greeter responsibilities, administrative support, and sales and marketing assistance, demanding an individual who is courteous, efficient, and attentive. The Concierge is responsible for greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, managing lobby security with vigilance, and ensuring the maintenance of a clean and inviting lobby area. Additionally, the role includes essential administrative duties such as typing, filing, data entry, management of mail and packages, logging events, and maintaining various important lists and records. The Concierge also assists the sales team by managing incoming inquiry calls and coordinating communication to help prospective residents. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office machines is essential, ensuring smooth clerical operations in a busy front desk environment.
