They will be responsible for ensuring a memorable 5-star community living experience by demonstrating superior customer service and maintaining a warm, professional presence at the front desk. The Concierge must possess comprehensive knowledge of the local area, amenities, and cultural attractions to effectively meet and anticipate the needs of residents. This full-time, hourly position offers competitive compensation ranging from $21 to $22 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including multiple plans for dental and vision care, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. Occasional travel may be required for training and company events. The role demands a polished appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. • High school diploma or equivalency
• Degree in hospitality management or business administration preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in luxury hospitality or property management
