This position requires working every other weekend, offering flexible scheduling within a supportive team environment. In this role, the Front Desk/Concierge will be responsible for greeting and assisting residents and guests in a polished and professional manner, ensuring all visitors are signed in and out properly. They will handle incoming phone calls efficiently and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members. Additionally, the role involves notifying residents and staff of guest arrivals, packages, and deliveries, thereby facilitating seamless communication within the community.
