The Concierge role at Sunrise of Carmichael is a vital part of this supportive community. As the first point of contact, the Concierge plays a key role in delivering an excellent initial impression for residents, their families, visitors, and prospective employees. This position involves greeting visitors warmly, managing correspondence through phone calls and messages, and providing community information to inquiries in coordination with the Director of Sales and Executive Director. The Concierge supports the recruitment process by assisting with data entry and administration, and also manages the Bistro area to ensure a pleasant atmosphere with refreshments, music, and cleanliness. This role requires someone who is organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and able to maintain safety and risk management standards. In addition to customer service, the Concierge supports sales and marketing efforts by handling lead tracking and resident move-in processes. They ensure the front desk and Bistro areas are maintained impeccably, contributing to an inviting environment for all community members and guests. The Concierge also plays a crucial role in risk management activities by adhering to health and safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the Safe Leaving Program. Administrative duties include maintaining various logs and records, assisting with payroll distribution, mail organization, and office supplies management. The role demands active contribution to team success, participation in training, and a dedication to Sunrise's mission and service principles. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Commitment to safety practices and policies
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
• Completion of drug screening and any required health evaluations
• Willingness to participate in mandated vaccinations as applicable
• Valid driver’s license if required to drive company vehicles
