The role of Concierge at Liberty Senior Living is an integral position within the community, aimed at ensuring smooth and secure day-to-day operations while providing excellent customer service. This full-time position requires a high level of confidentiality and professionalism as the Concierge serves as the central point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include answering and routing telephone calls, managing visitor sign-in processes, and assisting residents by facilitating communications and services such as housekeeping or maintenance requests. The Concierge also plays a critical role in safety and emergency response, with duties including knowledge of the building layout, fire alarm systems, and appropriate emergency protocol.
