This position is often the initial contact and first impression visitors, residents, and families have of Sunrise Senior Living. The Concierge plays a crucial role in welcoming guests, managing communication, and supporting various community functions such as recruitment, administrative tasks, and risk management. Duties include greeting visitors warmly, managing calls efficiently, assisting with appointment scheduling, and supporting the Director of Sales and Executive Director by providing community overviews and facilitating smooth interactions with potential residents and their families. The Concierge also plays an important role in maintaining the front desk and Bistro areas to ensure a pleasant environment with refreshments, music, and comfort.\n\nThe position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The Concierge contributes to sales and marketing efforts by handling inquiries, tracking leads, and maintaining marketing materials. Additionally, risk management is a key aspect, with responsibilities including safety protocol enforcement and emergency preparedness. Administrative duties involve updating records, handling mail, managing meal tickets, and supporting recruitment efforts with data entry and organizational tasks. Teamwork and consistent participation in training and engagement activities are also emphasized.
