We are currently hiring a full-time Concierge, with a shift from 12 PM to 8 PM, to serve as a vital point of contact within the facility. The Concierge role is essential in creating a positive first impression for potential residents, families, visitors, and staff alike. This position combines clerical responsibilities with hands-on customer service, orchestrating smooth communication throughout the center. As a Concierge, you will manage incoming calls, assist with directions, provide support to various stakeholders, and handle multiple clerical tasks that help maintain daily operations. This role demands an individual who excels in communication, exhibits professionalism, and is adept at managing various demands simultaneously. The ideal candidate for this Concierge position will possess a current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Massachusetts, although this is strongly preferred but not mandatory. Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in roles that require strong customer service skills, is required. This position is perfect for someone passionate about patient and visitor engagement and who can effectively balance numerous interactions with diplomacy and efficiency. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess an inherent ability to take initiative, and exhibit a composed demeanor when faced with challenges. • Current and active CNA license in MA strongly preferred
