The Concierge/Receptionist also supports clerical activities including photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry, ensuring that the administrative operations run smoothly.
Maintaining the community center area to the highest standards is another important responsibility. This includes light housekeeping duties and ensuring the coffee bar is well-stocked and orderly, ultimately contributing to a hospitable environment for residents and visitors.
