The Concierge position at City Winery plays a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional standards of guest service that guests have come to expect. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact at the Box Office, providing general guest support, managing ticket and merchandise sales, and ensuring customers enjoy a seamless experience from entry to exit. This full-time role requires the ability to interact with guests in multiple settings including in-person, over the phone, and via email. Responsibilities include overseeing retail merchandise operations, maintaining inventory, processing sales, and assisting guests with ticketing needs. In addition to sales, the Concierge supports venue operations by participating in setup and breakdown duties, managing guest seating arrangements including VIP accommodations, and troubleshooting ticketing issues. Not only must the Concierge uphold a high standard of customer interaction, but they must also embody the City Winery brand, maintaining a deep knowledge of the company’s history, culture, and programming. This involves participation in training sessions, tastings, and meetings to stay informed and engaged with both the culinary and entertainment aspects of City Winery.
