Furthermore, the Concierge supports the Business Office Manager by assisting with ordering supplies, filing, and data input, adding an essential administrative component to the role. Security monitoring duties include overseeing security and emergency call systems and responding appropriately to ensure a safe environment for everyone. This position necessitates availability on a specific schedule: every Thursday from 4 PM to 8 PM, every other Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM, and every other Sunday from 8 AM to 8 PM, demonstrating the organization's commitment to consistent and reliable service coverage.
