The role of Concierge at BrightWorks is crucial as it embodies the front-line hospitality and operational excellence of the coworking spaces. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all members, guests, and visitors, ensuring each interaction is positive and reflective of the company's commitment to outstanding service. The Concierge is responsible for a variety of daily operational tasks which include managing administrative duties, overseeing office logistics such as mail handling, workspace bookings, and supplies management, and ensuring site safety and compliance through coordination with IT, Maintenance, and HVAC teams. Additionally, the Concierge supports events planned by the community team, assists in member lifecycle activities like onboarding and renewals, and plays an active role in membership growth by facilitating tours and leasing support.
Successful candidates for this role will have strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset, enabling them to excel in relationship-building and multitasking within a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key as the Concierge will prioritize and pivot tasks based on dynamic business demands. The role also requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work during evenings and weekends occasionally.
