The role available is for a full-time Concierge at Morada Senior Living. This position is integral to the day-to-day operations and serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and employees. The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors warmly, managing telephone communications effectively, and disseminating information to ensure a smooth experience within the community. The work schedule for this position includes Wednesday from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and Thursday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
As a Concierge, the individual will be the face of the community, representing Morada’s values through excellent customer service and professional demeanor. The role includes answering and directing calls, taking detailed messages, providing information, and assisting residents and visitors with inquiries and directions. Attention to detail is critical as the Concierge handles various administrative tasks such as preparing meal tickets, maintaining resident phone lists and logs, coordinating appointments, and organizing mail distribution. Maintaining a neat and organized workspace is also a key aspect of the job to ensure a welcoming environment.
This position requires someone who is friendly, approachable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. It is ideal for individuals with prior customer service experience who can communicate clearly and handle sensitive information with discretion. The Concierge works closely with various departments within Morada to support dining services, marketing initiatives, and administrative tasks. The role contributes significantly to the smooth functioning of the community and enhances resident satisfaction.
