Brandywine Living is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Lead Concierge to join their team. This pivotal role offers an hourly rate ranging from $20 to $25, based on experience, and requires flexibility to work some holidays and weekends. The Lead Concierge position is essential in maintaining seamless front desk operations and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service to residents and visitors alike. The successful candidate will lead the concierge team by scheduling members to provide consistent coverage, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring that all responsibilities are completed efficiently. Additionally, the Lead Concierge will support the Business Office Manager and Executive Director with special projects, contributing to the smooth functioning of the community's administrative operations. This leadership role also includes managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance of office equipment, and handling all incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. Important community functions such as receiving and processing mail, maintaining emergency contact logs, and monitoring security systems fall under the Lead Concierge's purview, ensuring a secure and well-organized environment for all residents. Furthermore, this role assists department managers with human resources clerical tasks, demonstrating the importance of teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration.
