We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. This vital role involves attending to residents' requests and needs in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner, ensuring an outstanding living experience for all. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our residents and guests, requiring excellent communication skills and a poised, helpful demeanor. The Concierge will be responsible for promptly responding to inquiries, effectively resolving problems, and addressing complaints to maintain and enhance our community's reputation for exceptional service.
This position is available both full-time and part-time, with a starting salary of $16.50 per hour, which may vary based on experience. The role includes standard 8-hour shifts, primarily Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Cliffside Park location or be willing to relocate prior to starting employment. Experience in customer service, phone etiquette, and time management is essential, with at least one year required for each. Preferred candidates will also have at least one year of concierge experience.
The Concierge will act as a hospitality expert, leveraging knowledge of local area services to assist residents with diverse needs and requests. This includes recommending local attractions, coordinating reservations or services, and generally enhancing the quality of life for our residents through attentive and personalized service.
