Currently, The Grove is seeking a part-time Concierge/Front Desk staff member to join its administrative team. This role also includes operational responsibilities like handling mail and packages, managing office supplies, and maintaining a pristine and organized reception area. Part of the responsibility also encompasses safety and emergency preparedness tasks. The Concierge monitors the Emergency Alert System, responding immediately to any calls for assistance, contributing to a secure environment for all community members. Strong collaboration with other departments such as Maintenance, Activities, and Marketing is crucial to ensuring the seamless delivery of services and promoting resident satisfaction.
