The company is currently seeking a part-time, seasonal Concessions Supervisor to spearhead its concessions program at Players Golf TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless management of concession stands during a variety of high-profile events. The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for leading teams, coordinating logistics, managing inventory and equipment, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. This position demands extensive travel, with trips ranging typically from 10 to 20 days in length throughout the year. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in sports and entertainment catering, particularly in fast-paced, high-volume stadiums or event environments, and will possess strong leadership and communication skills. The Concessions Supervisor’s responsibilities encompass all phases of event execution—from pre-event meetings, volunteer management, and equipment setup to onsite event supervision and post-event break down. They will lead, coach, and direct temporary staff and volunteers, ensuring everyone is trained effectively and that concessions operate smoothly and efficiently. The role requires hands-on involvement with point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and enforcing rigorous sanitation and safety protocols.   • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years leadership experience in sports and entertainment or food and beverage operations
