• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one year of food service experience required
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent math, counting, and supervisory skills needed
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to communicate and interact verbally and in writing with people of diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of liquor handling laws pertaining to distribution, security, and management of minor employees
• Knowledge of Iowa Department of Health laws and regulations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
