This includes greeting residents warmly, managing visitor check-ins, package deliveries, and vendor access, and maintaining overall security vigilance through monitoring access points and surveillance systems. In addition to these responsibilities, the concierge promptly addresses resident inquiries, coordinates amenity reservations, assists with building-related events or notices, and enforces building policies with professionalism and discretion. The concierge also works closely with property management, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to ensure that all aspects of the building’s operation contribute to a seamless resident experience.
