This full-time, onsite role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and visually appealing environments. The Community Porter is pivotal in ensuring that common areas such as leasing offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, laundry rooms, mailrooms, and pools are pristine and welcoming for residents. This position involves a blend of routine maintenance tasks including trash removal, sweeping, pressure washing, and minor landscaping duties like watering and weeding. Supporting the maintenance team through light repairs and event setups also forms part of the daily functions, emphasizing teamwork and flexibility. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or general maintenance is a plus
• Familiar with basic landscaping and cleaning tools/equipment
• Able to work independently, take direction, and manage time efficiently
