The role of Commercial Revenue Optimization Manager at White Lodging is a vital position within their corporate structure, reporting directly to the Senior Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy. This position plays a strategic role in driving revenue excellence by leveraging sophisticated data analysis and trend identification techniques to generate actionable insights that improve operational efficiencies and profitability. The Commercial Revenue Optimization Manager works closely with property-level commercial teams to align pricing strategies and revenue management tools effectively. Additionally, this role involves project management responsibilities related to brand system changes, including migrations and upgrades, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption across the company.
The successful candidate will utilize quantitative analytics and yield management system expertise across various hotel brands and proprietary White Lodging tools to optimize revenue streams and business performance. Responsibilities also include creating and analyzing reports covering areas such as pace reports, transient pick-up reports, optimization dashboards, and F&B labor benchmarking. The role demands strong communication and collaboration skills, as it requires coordinating with revenue analysts, managers, and directors to ensure cohesive strategy execution. Moreover, the position supports senior leadership with dynamic presentations and analytics projects, contributing to data-driven decision-making at the highest organizational levels.                 - Background or degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, supply chain, engineering, or related field
 - Passion about using data, quantitative analysis, and sophisticated analytics to develop optimal pricing, profitable revenue and drive change
 - Strong understanding of statistical analysis procedures, forecasting, and supply/demand modeling
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with complex data sets
 - Previous professional experience with project and change management
 - 2-7 years of relevant professional experience
 - Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
 - Preferred: experience with data querying software, statistical packages, or data mining techniques
