This full-time position requires commercial baking experience, attention to detail, and adherence to proprietary recipes and strict food safety standards. Bakers are responsible for the entire baking process, from preparing raw ingredients and operating commercial-grade ovens to packaging finished products correctly. This position involves monitoring production efficiency, maintaining cleanliness, and cooperating closely with Bakery Managers for inventory control and quality assurance. The baker must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that demands consistency, physical stamina, and a passion for baking as a craft.
