The Night Porter / Sanitor position is a vital role within our restaurant, focusing on the thorough cleaning and upkeep of the restaurant premises and equipment during the night hours. This role requires an individual who can work independently and efficiently without supervision, performing major cleaning tasks that ensure the restaurant is spotless and ready for the next day’s operation. Responsibilities include dismantling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling kitchen equipment such as broilers, fryers, and hood filters, as well as changing fryer grease and cleaning floors, walls, ceilings, and windows. Beyond cleaning duties, the Night Porter / Sanitor is also tasked with observing and enforcing safety and security procedures to protect the premises, equipment, and staff. The successful candidate will have experience in building and equipment maintenance, be capable of performing physical tasks that demand attention to detail, and meet the requirements of a background check and drug screen.
