Responsibilities include managing daily use and monthly locker rentals, making reservations for tennis courts, the gymnasium, and Kids' Cabin, and warmly welcoming members and guests with a professional and friendly demeanor. The role demands a commitment to ensuring all front desk operations, product information, scheduling, and communications meet the specific quality standards established by the resort. The Athletic Club Front Desk representative acts as a crucial intermediary between membership and athletic club staff, facilitating smooth communication and operations across departments. A strong knowledge of retail products and services offered within the athletic club is essential. The individual will assist the Athletic Club Supervisor and leadership team with various administrative duties. A key aspect of the role is to provide each member and guest with attentive, courteous, and expedient service, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk and lobby area at all times. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of club events such as special events, aquatics, tennis, golf, and fitness schedules.
