As a Service Assistant or Busser at On The Border, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier hospitality and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your duties will include greeting guests with freshly served OTB chips and salsa as they are seated, refilling nonalcoholic beverages, and ensuring the restaurant is clean and organized at all times. This includes tasks such as emptying trash, keeping bathrooms and service areas tidy, and assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guests. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing prep work needed to keep the restaurant stocked and ready for service, contributing to the smooth operation of daily activities.
