The role of Beverage Operations Manager at Live! is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the beverage services within the establishment. • High school diploma or equivalent
• RAMP and Serv-Safe certification
• Three years of related experience
• Knowledge of restaurant/bar practices and procedures
• Ability to work with financial data
• Full working knowledge of POS
• Ability to qualify for State Gaming Agency licensure
