The position available is for a Cold Station Cook, a vital role within the kitchen team. This role involves preparing, cooking, and assembling all cold food items, including salads, cold appetizers, and both hot and cold desserts offered in the restaurant. Additionally, the Cold Station Cook is responsible for prepping and preparing all food items required for daily operations, ensuring efficient and timely service. Stocking the alley and line with necessary ingredients and items to complete orders on time is also part of the daily duties. The cook must ensure that all food preparation adheres strictly to food safety and sanitation standards to guarantee guest safety and satisfaction.
