We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Cocktail Servers to join our Food & Beverage Department. This role is essential to delivering outstanding beverage service to our casino guests and helping maintain the lively and engaging atmosphere on the gaming floor and within our lounge areas. As a Cocktail Server, you will serve a variety of drinks efficiently and professionally while engaging guests with a friendly and positive approach. Your efforts will contribute significantly to creating a warm and exciting environment that enhances the overall guest experience. This position offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities, providing flexibility to suit different schedules. The role is compensated at an hourly rate of $11.00, reflecting our commitment to fair wages for our valued staff members. Working under the direct supervision of the Beverage Supervisor, you will demonstrate and promote positive guest relations, ensuring each visitor feels welcomed and well cared for during their time at the resort. Ideal candidates for this position will have at least one year of customer service experience in a restaurant or bar setting, which equips them with the skills necessary to meet the demands of this fast-paced environment. Additionally, candidates must be at least 21 years old to comply with legal requirements for alcohol service and must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as random drug tests throughout their employment. Furthermore, successful applicants will be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license valid in both Arizona and California, as part of our commitment to regulatory compliance.
