Proficiency in using the Point of Sale (POS) system for accurate order entry and following proper cash and payment procedures is essential. Furthermore, the role entails compliance with state regulations regarding alcoholic beverage service and adherence to company policies, particularly concerning bottle service. Bottle servers are also responsible for the timely delivery of food and beverages, completing financial procedures at the end of shifts, and maintaining a professional appearance and attitude. • Certification relating to alcohol awareness (RBS certification)
• Food handling safety certification
• Two or more years previous fine dining experience
• Previous experience working in a large fast paced restaurant setting
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work flexible schedule with varying shifts days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
