The Concierge plays a pivotal role in managing daily operations related to homeowner interactions, managing deliveries, and performing inspections to maintain the residential community’s standards. The employment type for this role is onsite and hourly paid, ranging from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.
As a Concierge, the individual will be responsible for assisting homeowners with inquiries, managing package receival and delivery communications reliably, overseeing daily walking inspections to monitor cleanliness and order, and promptly reporting any issues to the community manager. This role requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining the property's aesthetics and safety. The Concierge not only answers telephone calls but is also responsible for accepting packages and ensuring they are logged and delivered correctly to the homeowners, which helps maintain community organization and satisfaction. Daily responsibilities additionally include distributing homeowner notices and compiling a summary report of daily activities and any issues detected during inspections. The candidate must be comfortable in a role that demands interaction with residents, operational oversight of facilities like the fitness center, and ensuring the environment is free from hazards or maintenance problems. The shifts available typically run from 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm, inclusive of weekdays or weekends, and flexibility with scheduling is appreciated.
