The Concierge’s responsibilities cover a broad spectrum of duties including communications, programming, member engagement, and new member onboarding. The Concierge is the friendly and knowledgeable face members first encounter, guiding them through their club experience while efficiently managing inquiries, reservations, preferences, and providing courteous service. This role requires a proactive approach to member needs, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their time at the club. By delivering outstanding service and promoting club events, services, and experiences, the Concierge helps maintain the club's reputation for excellence. Additionally, the Concierge is involved in executing key projects such as birthday campaigns, follow-ups on reservations, and inviting members to signature club events. The role reports directly to the Member Experience Manager and offers an hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $16.00. Part-time employees benefit from the club’s 401(k) savings plan and matching contributions. The role demands exceptional communication skills across multiple channels such as verbal interaction, phone, text, social media, and written correspondence. It also requires an ability to remain organized and composed under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
