The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant position at Indigo Urgent Care offers an exciting opportunity to expand your role in healthcare. This full-time equivalent (FTE) position is approximately 0.9, with day shifts scheduled from 8 am to 8 pm, typically covering three 12-hour shifts. Indigo offers a competitive compensation package with a salary ranging from $22.12 to $31.82 per hour, influenced by factors such as skill set, experience, certifications, and education. Additionally, this role provides unique earning potential through various incentives such as a sign-on bonus up to $7,500 for external candidates including new graduates and experienced medical assistants, an Indigo premium of $2.50 per hour for all hours worked, additional premiums for X-Ray certification, weekend differentials, extra shift and float incentives, as well as a monthly Indigo Incentive Program with payout rates up to $300 per month.
As a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional healthcare services by performing clinical tasks and coordinating patient care within the scope of an MA-C license. The role requires close collaboration with physicians, clinical staff, front office personnel, and clinic management to ensure comprehensive healthcare outcomes and excellent patient experiences.                 - washington state medical assistant-certified (MA-C)
 - current BLS certification or willingness to obtain
 - minimum one year experience in physician’s office or medical facility preferred
 - willing to work 0.9 FTE with day shifts 8am-8pm
 - able to obtain WA DOH MA-R certification within 45 days if applicable
 - for Idaho applicants, current CMA certification by AAMA, NHA or NCCT
 - WA state MA-C or MA-R license endorsed by Indigo within 30 days for Idaho roles
 - exceptions for externship or residency program candidates with active or pending MA-R certification
