The Clinical Concierge works in close coordination with physicians’ staff to ensure seamless communication and quality patient care. Duties also include verifying patient insurance coverage before appointments, obtaining necessary authorizations, and notifying patients of their status to prevent delays or complications during their visit. Maintaining clinic operations standards in compliance with relevant policies and procedures, including confidentiality and workplace safety, is essential.
The role requires excellent customer service skills, as the Clinical Concierge frequently interacts with patients, staff members, and medical professionals.
